Once the download is completed just click on the downloaded file and follow the directions. After the program has been installed you can just click on any room link in the VIP Conduit rooms page and you will be taken to the room identified by the link.

Jaws users should download and install a .jcf file (Jaws Configuration File) that will make parts of the VIP Communicator display easier to read. Please click on the following link to get the .jcf file:

Just copy the downloaded .JCF file into your Jaws settings folder.

If you just need the Microsoft Mike and Mary voices and you have Windows XP you can click on the following link. Do not use this download if you have Windows 98 or Windows ME. Its not clear whether or not it works in Vista.
