2 cups broccoli florets 
2 cups cauliflower florets 
1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil 
1 teaspoon minced garlic 
1/2 teaspoon salt 
1 egg beaten 
1 egg white 
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1.Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
2.Spray a baking sheet with olive oil cooking spray.
3.Place the florets in a large bowl.
4.In a small bowl mix together the oil, garlic, salt, and eggs. Toss with florets.
5.Sprinkle Parmesan in with the florets and mix to coat.
6.Lay on baking sheet in a single layer.
7.Bake 20-30 minutes until browned and vegetables are tender.
