1 14 oz. Can Whole Kernel Corn (Drained)
 1 14-16oz can Creamed Corn
 2 Eggs (slightly beaten)
 1/4 cup Milk
 12-16 Saltines  (crumbled)
 1/4 cup finely chopped onion
 1/4 cup finely chopped green pepper (optional)
 1/8 tsp. Nutmeg
 5 or 6 thin slices of Butter
 Salt and Pepper to taste
Stir well, pour into a greased 9x9 baking dish
Topping:
15-20 round type Cracker, roll into crumbs
1/4 cup Butter or Margarine (melted)
( Place crackers in a qt. zip-lock bag, roll w/rolling pin,
add melted butter, then knead together.)
Put on top of corn half way through baking time.
Bake 30 minutes at 350'; put on topping,
bake 30 minutes longer. Recipe may be doubled.
