8 oz. cream cheese,  softened
3 Tbs. mayonnaise
1/8 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
3 to 4 drops hot pepper sauce
1/4 cup  crumbled crisply cooked bacon
8 oz. (2 cups)  shredded Cheddar Cheese
2 Tbs. sliced green  onions
2 cup chopped pecans
Crackers
Combine cream  cheese, mayonnaise, Worcestershire sauce and hot pepper sauce
in large mixer  bowl. Beat a medium speed, scraping bowl often, until smooth
(1 to 2 minutes).  Stir in bacon, cheese and green onion by hand.  Cover;
refrigerate 2 hours or more. Form cheese mixture into log shape or cheese  ball. Roll in pecans to coat. Wrap in plastic food wrap. Refrigerate until well
chilled (at least 2 hours). Serve with crackers.
