3 Ingredient Chili Cheese Dip

Ingredients:

1 pound Velveeta, cubed
1 can (15 ounces) chili con carne without beans
1 can (4 ounces) chopped green chiles
Optional: Chopped tomato, chopped red onion and sliced jalapeno peppers
Tortilla chips, pretzels and sliced bell peppers

Method:

1Combine Velveeta, chili and chiles in a saucepan or fondue pot. Heat over medium-low, stirring frequently, until cheese melts. Sprinkle with optional toppings as desired. Serve warm with tortilla chips, pretzels and peppers.

This is probably the easiest chili cheese dip that I've ever come across, but it's one of my best-tasting recipes, too! It's very important that you keep the dip warm while serving, you can also heat it in a microwave oven.
