4 cups sliced fresh strawberries

1Preheat oven to 375°. In a large bowl, combine strawberries, sugar, cornstarch and vanilla. Transfer to a greased 11x7-in. baking dish. In a large bowl, combine oats, flour, sugar, brown sugar, cinnamon and salt; stir in butter. Sprinkle over berries. 
2Bake until filling is bubbly and topping is lightly browned, 30 to 35 minutes. Serve warm with ice cream, if desired.
