6 large eggs
 1/4 cup milk
 1/2 tsp salt
 1/4 tsp black pepper
 1/2 cup diced ham
 1/2 cup diced bell peppers (any color)
 1/4 cup diced onion
 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1.  Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
2.  In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and black pepper.
3.  Stir in the diced ham, bell peppers, onion, and shredded cheddar cheese.
4.  Pour the mixture into a greased 9-inch pie dish or baking dish.
5.  Bake for 25 minutes, or until the center is set and the top is golden brown.
6.  Allow the omelet to cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
