4 large baking potatoes, unpeeled
¼ cup vegetable oil
½ Tablespoons Parmesan Cheese
¼ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon garlic powder
¼ teaspoon paprika
1/8 teaspoon pepper
Wash unpeeled potatoes and cut lengthwise into 4 wedges. Place skin
side down in 13” x 9” x 2” baking dish or pan. Combine remaining
ingredients: brush
over potatoes. Bake at 375 degrees for 1 hour, brushing with oil/cheese
mixture at 15 minute intervals. Turn potatoes over for last 15
minutes. (
These are wonderful with any roasted meat or fine as a snack.)
