BROCCOLI SALAD 2

Ingredients:

1 HEAD BROCCOLI
1 HEAD CAULIFLOWER
1/2 CUP CHOPPED RED ONIONS
1 CUP RAISINS
1/2 CUP SUNFLOWER SEEDS
DRESSING:
1 CUP MAYONNAISE
1/4 CUP VEGETABLE OIL
1/3 CUP RED WINE VINEGAR
1/2 CUP SUGAR OR SPLENDA

Method:

Thoroughly wash cauliflower and broccoli under running cold water.
Use only florrettes, and break into small pieces. Add chopped onions,
raisins and sunflower seeds. In a small mixing bowl, combine dressing ingredients. Mix well. Pour over vegetables, toss well, store in a tightly sealed bowl, and stir before serving. Keeps several days.

Helpful Hints:

Note: If stored in a larger bowl, salad can be shook for distributing the
dressing.
