Baked Honey Mustard Chicken

Ingredients:

3 Tbs Honey
3 Tbs Yellow Mustard
8 Chicken Thighs, rinsed and patted dry
Salt
Black Pepper
2 Cup Fresh Bread Crumbs
1 Tbs Italian Herb Seasoning Mix

Method:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease a 9 x 13-inch baking pan.

Combine honey and mustard in a small bowl. Brush over chicken thighs;
season with salt and pepper, to taste.

Combine bread crumbs and seasoning mix on plate. Roll chicken in crumbs
to coat.
Place chicken thighs in prepared baking pan.

Bake at 350 degrees until juices run clear, about 30 minutes.
