Betty's Barbecue Beef

Ingredients:

1 1/2 lbs chuck roast (or other cuts of beef)
2 cups ketchup OR
2 cups favorite barbecue sauce
2 Tbs honey
1 can beer -- your favorite
1 package your favorite onion soup mix

Method:

Place all ingredients in crock pot and cook on high 3-4
hours or low 4-8 hours. Shred meat and serve on buns.
