Bettys Chicken and Rice Casserole

Ingredients:

2.5 quart casserole dish
1 cup minute rice,
boneless chicken, I usually use chicken breast.
1 can cream soup, any kind. I usually use onion or mushroom
3 cups of water
1 envelope of liptons dry onion soup

Method:

In 2.5 quart casserole dish put 1 cup minute rice, cover with boneless chicken, I usually use chicken breast. Pour 1 can cream soup, any kind. I usually use onion or mushroom soup. Pour 3 cups of water over that then sprinkle 1 envelope of liptons dry onion soup mix over the top. Put a lid on it, bake 1 hour at 350 degrees. Take the lid off and cook 30 more minutes. When done, let sit 10-15 minutes or so. The soup mixes have plenty of salt so you don't need to add more. Leftovers are really good as well.
