Breakfast Pizza Carbonara

Ingredients:

1 flatbread (I used naan)
1 tsp. olive oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
4 pieces bacon, cooked
2 eggs
1/4 c. shaved Parmesan cheese
fresh parsley

Method:

1. Drizzle flatbread with 1/2 tsp. olive oil and minced garlic and heat in a skillet or oven until lightly toasted.
2. Top with chopped, cooked bacon.
3. Prepare eggs over easy and season them with salt and pepper; place on top of bacon.
4. Sprinkle with shaved Parmesan cheese and fresh parsley.
