Buffalo Chicken Ranch Bake

Ingredients:

2 or 3 boneless chicken breast, cooked and cut into cubes (note to follow about this)
1 box Penne Pasta, cooked al dente and drained, (16 ounces)
1 1-2 ranch dressing, homemade or in a bottle
1/2 to 1 cup hot sauce (add according to your taste)
2 cups sharp cheddar cheese, divided (or any cheese of your taste)
1 cup Colby Jack cheese
1 cup mozzarella cheese
1 cup chicken broth

Method:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Spray 9 X 13 cooking pan with cooking spray and set it aside.
(NOTE about chicken) I like to cook my chicken in the crock pot previously but it also can be canned, baked or even a rotisserie chicken can be used in this recipe as long as it is cooked.
Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl except 1 cup cheddar cheese and mozzarella
Put this mixture in prepared baking pan.
Top with remaining cheeses.
Bake until bubbly about 30 minutes.

Helpful Hints:

This recipe freezes well as a full pan or in individual servings.
