Cajun Shrimp Satay

Ingredients:

1 ½ lbs. raw shrimp, peeled&deveined
1 tsp. paprika
¾ tsp. each dried thymeand oregano
¼ tsp. each salt, pepper, garlic powder & cayenne pepper
1 tblsp. Oil

Method:

1. Combine first 8 ingredients in a large zip-top plastic bag; seal bag and shake to coat.
2. Heat oil in a large non-stick skillet over medium high heat until hot. Add shrimp; saute 4- 5 minutes or until shrimp are done. Serve over rice.
