California Salad Dressing

Ingredients:

1 envelope French's Sour Cream Sauce Mix
1/2 cup milk
1 cup mayonnaise
2 tablespoons French's Parsley Flakes
2 tablespoons vinegar
2 tablespoons anchovy paste, if desired
1/2 teaspoon French's Garlic Salt
1/8 teaspoon French's Pepper
Salad greens

Method:

Prepare sour cream sauce with milk as directed on envelope. Stir in mayonnaise, parsley flakes, vinegar, anchovy paste, garlic salt and pepper. Serve with salad greens.
Note:
If prefered, toss salad with crisp croutons and tiny cooked shrimp just before adding dressing.
Makes 2 cups dressing.
