Campers Bonus

Ingredients:

For 4 servings you will need:
4 English muffins
8 eggs
Butter
1 can of cream of mushroom or chicken or celery or asparagus or broccoli soup
? can milk
? can water
bacon, Canadian bacon, Spam or ham

Method:

Cook the meat in the oven because it is easier than doing everything on the stovetop.
In a large skillet put the soup, water and milk. Stir with a whisk until well blended. Heat to a slow simmer.
Crack a few eggs (as many as will fit comfortably in the skillet) and pouch until firm.
Toast split muffins and put on plate cut side up. Place one meat of your choice on muffin then place 1 egg on each muffin. Top with some of the pouching liquid and serve.

Helpful Hints:

This is a campers version of Eggs Benedict!
Oft folks will say that they only want one,
but after tasting the first will usually ask for a second!
