Cherry Chip Cookies

Ingredients:

1 box Cherry Chip cake mix
4 Tablespoons water
1 egg
1/3 cup vegetable oil

Method:

Beat the egg lightly. Combine all ingredients together and mix with an
electric mixer at medium speed for about 2 minutes. The batter will be thick. Roll into 1 inch to 1-1/2 inch round balls. Place 2 inches apart on an un-greased cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 8 to 10 minutes. While the cookies are still very warm, roll in confectioners sugar.
