Chicken Supreme

Ingredients:

2-3 boneless chicken breasts
1 cup fat free plain yogurt
2 tblsp. Lemon juice
1-2 tblsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. paprika
1 clove garlic, minced
bread crumbs

Method:

Mix ingredients except bread crumbs in a bowl and put in the chicken. Cover and marinate for a while.
Remove from marinade and roll in bread crumbs.
Cook in a non stick pan in a bit of olive oil.
