Chicken Tortilla Casserole

14 1/2 oz can of diced tomatoes
10 3/4 oz can of cream of chicken or mushroom soup
1 onion diced
1 ccup corn
12 corn tortillas torn into pieces
Shredded cheese
? to 1 lb. Pieces of boneless chicken
1 can spicey beans
2 tablespoons jalapenoes


1. Cook chicken partially in a frying pan with a tablespoon of oil. Cut into bite size pieces.
2. In a large bowl combine the following:
Tomatoes, soup, jalapenoes, beans, onion.
Layer the crock pot in the following order:
1/3 of each
Diced Tortillas
Diced Chicken
Spread Soup Mix
Diced Onion
Shredded Cheese

Repeat each layer in same order. Cook in crockpot for 4hours on low.

Helpful Hints:

I like this topped with sour cream and cilantro when served.
