Crab Louis

Ingredients:

1 (10.75 ounce) can Campbell's Condensed Cream of Celery Soup
1/2 cup chili sauce
1/4 cup mayonnaise
2 tablespoons finely chopped onion
Generous dash pepper
1/4 cup heavy cream
4 cups cooked flaked crab meat, about 1 1/2 pounds
Hard cooked egg, cut in wedges
Tomatoes, cut in wedges

Method:

Blend soup, chili sauce, mayonnaise, onion and pepper; fold in whipped cream. Add crab; chill. Place crab on bed of lettuce. Garnish with egg and tomato.
Makes about 4 cups.
