Crock Pot Vegetable Soup 2

Ingredients:

8 ounces extra lean ground beef or turkey
2 cups tomato juice
1 1/2 cups hot water
1 cup diced raw potatoes
1 cup diced celery
1/2 cup chopped onion
1 cup diced carrots
1/3 cup uncooked instant rice
1/8 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon lemon pepper

Method:

In a large skillet sprayed with butter flavored cooking spray, brown the
meat. Drain grease. Spray slow cooker with butter flavored no stick
cooking spray/ Combine browned meat tomato juice and water in slow cooker. Add remaining ingredients to this mixture. Mix well to combine. Cover and cook on low for six to eight hours.
