Easy Knox Cheesecake

Ingredients:

Knox gelatin and cream cheese are the main ingredients in this easy cheesecake recipe. Pour the mixture in a pre-made crust for an even easier dessert.

• 1 envelope knox gelatin
• 1/2 cup sugar
• 1 cup boiling water
• 2 pkgs (8 oz each) cream cheese softened
• 1 tsp vanilla
• 9 inch graham cracker crust

Method:

In large bowl, mix gelatin with sugar. Add water and stir while gelatin dissolves. With electric mixer, beat in cream cheese and vanilla until smooth. Pour
into crust, chill until firm.
