Full Meal Chicken Bake

Ingredients:

2 cups uncooked Minute Rice
6 skinless, boneless chicken breasts, or enough chicken pieces to cover rice
2 cans, your choice of cream of: chicken, mushroom, or celery soup
1 can French Onion soup
1 bag of loose packed frozen broccoli

Method:

Layer the ingredients in the order listed in the ingredients section.
Sprinkle with salt, lemon pepper &/or favorite seasoning.
Cover and seal tightly with aluminum foil
Bake in a preheated 375 degree oven for 1 hour. Uncover and bake an
additional 15 minutes.
