Healthy Veggie Dip and Dippers Plate”

Ingredients:

1/3 packet of ranch or french Onion Dip or even Spinach dip dry ingredients (preferrably Simply Organic brand or one without MSG and other unnecessary ingredients)
*6oz plain greek yogurt

Method:

Stir 1/3 packet into yogurt and enjoy with chopped celery, red and
green bell peppers, grape or cherry tomatoes, sliced cucumber, raw asparagus, and other veggies you like.
Try the same thing with Taco seasoning packet for a healthy taco dip.
