Italian Kale with pork chops

Ingredients:

Head of kale.
Pork chops

Method:

Rinse and dry a head of kale.
Cut in 1 inch strips.
Put in pan with about a quart of water and simmer for 15 minutes. Drain and set aside.
Brown pork chops in olive oil and garlic. Add about 1 cup spaghetti sauce and simmer for about 15 minutes. Add kale and simmer about 10 minutes more.
Serve over rice, pasta or mashed potatoes.
Grate some Italian cheese over the kale.
