Jalapeno Poppers (Air Fryer)

Ingredients:

6 jalapeño peppers
6 ounces cream cheese, softened
½ teaspoon garlic salt
¾ cup shredded cheese (I used colby jack)
4 slices bacon, cooked & crumbled
2 green onions, sliced
1 tablespoon panko bread crumbs

Method:

Prepare the jalapeños - cut the jalapeños in half lengthwise and remove the seeds and membranes.
Prepare the filling - in a small mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese and garlic salt and mix well. Stir in ½ cup of shredded cheese.
Assemble the poppers - divide the cream cheese mixture evenly among the pepper halves. Sprinkle additional cheese on top. Top with crumbled bacon and panko bread crumbs.
Air fry - place the poppers in the air fryer basket and air fry at 350° F for 5 minutes, until cheese is melted. Top with sliced green onions and serve with ranch dressing.
