Jam Cake

Ingredients:

2 cups sugar
1 cup butter
3 cups self-rising flour
1 cup buttermilk
2 eggs
1/2 cup chopped nuts
1 cup strawberries
1/2 cup coconut
1 cup strawberry jam

Method:

Cream butter and sugar. Add eggs and milk. Add flour. Stir in strawberries,
coconut and jam. Pour in to greased pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 35
minutes until wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean.
