Ingredients:

4 egg yolks
4 tsp. Sugar
4 tsp. White vinegar
pinch of salt
flour

Method:

Mix all ingredients with flour to get right consistency. Roll with wooden pin as thinaspossible. Make a slit in middle and pass one end of dough through whole. Will look like a bow tie.
Deep fry, turn quickly and remove onto paper towels. Sprinkle withpowdered sugar.
