Ingredients:

Ingredients:

2 ounces of amber rum
3/4 ounce of orange Curacao or triple sec
3/4 ounce lime juice
1/4 ounce orgeat syrup
dash of angostura bitters

Method:

Shake well with ice and strain into an old-fashioned glass filled with ice.
Garnish with mint and a wedge of lime.
