Contributed By: Terry Borden

Ingredients:

3 pound package of ground beef
2 packages of taco seasoning
1 package of chili seasoning
2 large, sweet onion, finely chopped
4 Tbsp. white sugar
1/4 cup chopped jalapeno peppers, (optional)
1 Tbsp. mustard
4 Tbsp ketchup
4 Tbsp. sweet pickle relish

Method:

Brown the ground beef in a frying pan. Make sure to constantly turn the hamburger meat so that it gets evenly browned. Drain the excess grease off and make sure the meat is broken into small pieces, a potato masher is good for this. Add all ingredients to the crock pot and cook on high for three hours, stirring every twenty minutes or so. And, there you have it! Your delicious meat sauce for spicing up your hot dogs!
