Pineapple Cake

Ingredients:

cake ingredients
2 eggs
2 cups sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. vanilla
2 cups flour
1 can crushed pineapple with juice - 20 oz.(do not drain)

frosting Ingredients
1 - 8 oz. pkg cream cheese
1/4 cup butter or margarine
1/2 tsp. vanilla
2 cups confectioners sugar

Method:

Cake Preparation
Combine eggs and sugar; add remaining ingredients and mix well. Pour batter
into a 9 inch by 13 inch cake pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes. Cool in
pan.

Frosting Preparation
Combine all ingredients and beat hard. Spread on cooled pineapple cake.
