2 cups sugar
2 cups plain flour
2 teaspoons soda
1 can crushed pineapple (large can)
1 cup chopped pecans
1 stick margarine, softened
1 (8 oz.) package Philadelphia Cream Cheese, softened
1 (1 lb.) box confectioners sugar
1 cup broken pecans
Combine all ingredients and mix thoroughly. Pour into a 9 by 13 inch pan
that has been greased and floured. Bake at 300 degrees for 30 minutes or until it tests done with a toothpick. Allow cake to cool completely and ice with icing.
Cream margarine and cream cheese and add confectioners sugar and mix well.
Spread on cooled cake and cover with broken pecans.
