Pineapple Smoothie

Ingredients:

(serves about 6)

1 can (20-ounce) pineapple chunks in 100% pineapple juice no sugar added

[This measures same as 2 cup chunks plus 1 cup juice]

1/4 cup sugar (or Splenda)

3/4 cup evaporated milk (chilled)

1 banana (optional)

1 teaspoon almond extract

2 cups ice cubes

Method:

Combine all ingredients in blender or food processor; cover and puree/process until smooth. Pour into glasses; serve immediately.
