Poached fish

Ingredients:

In a medium pot place about 4 cups of fish stock or chicken broth or vegetable broth.
Bring to a boil and immediately turn down.
Gentlly place the fish into the pot with a few slices of lemon and 1 small onion sliced and a few pepper corns.
Gently simmer for about 20 to 30 minutes.
Remove from the broth and serve.
Never mind the broth in which you poached the fish. Just toss it!
