Pound Cake

Ingredients:

4 cups all-purpose flour
3 cups sugar
5 eggs
3/4 cup milk
1 pound butter, softened
1 tablespoon vanilla
1 tablespoon pure almond

Method:

Cream together butter and sugar. Add eggs one at a time. Add flour and milk alteernately. Beat until smooth. Add vanilla and almond. Bake at 325 degrees for about an hour and a half.
