Rods Healthy Breakfast

Ingredients:

1 cup rolled oats, uncooked
3 walnuts, halved
2 tablespoons pumpkin seeds
5 peanuts, unsalted
1/4 cup blueberries
1 banana, sliced
1 tablespoon brown sugar
2 tablespoons yogurt
2 tablespoons granola
homogenized milk

Method:

Place all ingredients into a large bowl
Stir to combine
Fill bowl with cold milk
Enjoy, it will really fill you up!
