SEAFOOD CASSEROLE

Ingredients:

1 slice bread, blended into crumbs
4 oz. scallops, crabmeat, shrimp combo
1/4 oz. skim milk
parsley
salt and pepper
grated Parmesan cheese

Method:

Sprinkle 1/2 of crumbs into small casserole dish sprayed with Pam. Add
seafood combo. Pour milk over fish and add remainder of crumbs and
spices. Sprinkle one tablespoon Parmesan cheese over mixture and bake at
350 degrees for 25 minutes.
