Salmon Spread

Ingredients:

2 cans (15 oz each) salmon, drained, boned and flaked.

1tbsp. minced onion

1tbsp. prepared horse radish

1tbsp. lemon juice

1 8-oz package cream cheese, softened

2 to 3 tbsp. mayonnaise

1-1/2 tsp. dry dillweed

1/2 tsp. salt

8 oz sour cream

fresh dill or parsley optional

Toasted bread rounds or crackers.

Method:

In mixing bowl combine first 8
ingredients; mix well.

Place on a serving platter, and shape into a loaf or ball.

Top with sour cream, and garnish with dill or parsley if desired.
Serve with bread rounds, or crackers. Yields 8 to 10 appetizer servings.
