Sauerkraut With Smoked Sausage

Ingredients:

2 eckrich smoked sausage Cut into 4 inch links
Butter medium onion cut into wedges
2 16 ounces sauerkraut
1 cp apple juice
2 medium apples cut into wedges
6 medium potatoes cut in half

Method:

Brown sausage in butter in dutch oven arrange onion sauerkraut apples potatoes top
with apple juice cover and simmer over low heat until potatoes done with fork.
