Shrimp Bisque

Ingredients:

Tbsp1 flour
c1 milk
Tbsp1 margarine
3 drops tabasco sauce
Salt
Pepper
c1/2 shrimp
Tbsp1 sherry

Method:

Put flower into double boiler and stir in milk. Add margarine, tabasco
sauce, salt, and pepper. Cook on low, stirring until it thickens. Add
shrimp and sherry and continue cooking until heated through.
Serving For 1
