Sicilian fruit salad

Ingredients:

1 Romaine lettuce, 1 1/2 strips
2 Oranges, sliced 1/4 thick
1 Tablespoon Green onion, sliced 1/8 thick
1/2 Cantaloupe, sliced 3/4 thick
1 cup Red grapes
1/2 Carrot, julienned
1 pint Strawberries, halved
2 Bananas, sliced 1/4 thick
1/2 Raspberry honey dressing (see recipe below)

Method:

Arrange the romaine on a large plate. Lay the orange slices evenly spaced
around the inside of the salad. Sprinkle green onions evenly over romaine. Place cantaloupe pieces and grapes evenly over romaine. Sprinkle the carrots, loosely, over entire salad. Spread strawberries over the center of the salad. Lay bananas on salad as to not cover the strawberries. Serve with raspberry dressing.
