4 boneless skinless chicken breasts or thighs
10.5 oz can of cream of chicken soup
12 oz can of 7UP, Sprite or any lemon lime soda
1 cup Minute Rice (white or brown)
1/4 cup chicken broth
Spray crock pot with Pam.
Place chicken in bottom of crock pot.
Mix the soup and soda. Pour over the chicken.
Cover and cook on low for 2-3 hours.
Then add the rice and chicken broth and cook 2-3 more hours.
You can use boneless chicken breasts or thighs. use thighs for more flavor.
