Sour Cream Pound Cake

Ingredients:

1 box butter cake mix
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/2 cup sugar
1/4 teaspoon butter flavoring
1/2 cup Canola oil
1/4 teaspoon almond extract
8 ounces sour cream
4 eggs, beaten
2 teaspoons cinnamon
1/2 cup chopped pecans
3 tablespoons brown sugar
1 cup powdered sugar
5 teaspoons milk
1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Method:

Mix together cake mix, vanilla, sugar, flavorings, oil, sour cream & beaten
eggs.
Pour half the batter into a well-greased & floured tube pan. Mix together 2
teaspoons cinnamon, 3 tablespoons brown sugar, & 1/2 cup chopped pecans. Sprinkle on batter (in pan).
Pour remaining half of batter into pan. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour. Cool
10 minutes
in pan. Turn out onto a cookie sheet. Mix together 1 cup powdered sugar, 5
teaspoons milk, & 1 teaspoon vanilla. Mix well & put on cake while hot.
