Thai Noodles

Ingredients:

les
1 egg, beaten
2 tblsp. Oil
1/3 cup Thai sauce
? cup peanuts, crushed
1 can bean sprouts, drained
4 scallions, chopped

Method:

Soak noodles in very hot water for about 25 minutes.
In a saucepan, put 1 tblsp. Oil and the beaten egg. Cook for about 3 minutes.
Put in drained noodles and cook for about 5 minutes. Add remaining ingredients and cook for about 8 minutes.
Serve.
