Tuna Melt Patty

Ingredients:

1/2 can tuna, drained
1 1/2 tbsp low-fat mayonnaise
1/8 tsp lemon & pepper
1/8 tsp minced garlic
1/4 cup chopped celery
1/4 cup low-fat cheddar cheese
1 tbsp bacon bits

Method:

Preheat oven to 350ºF.
Combine and mix ingredients in bowl.
Shape patties out of mixture.
Wrap tuna patties in aluminum foil and place on top of a baking sheet.
Bake for 15 minutes.
