Two Layer Pumpkin Pie


2 cups prepared pumpkin
1 cup cold milk
2 pkg. Instant Vanilla Pudding mix
1 teaspoons all spice
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon cloves
8 ounces cream cheese, softened
1 tablespoon sugar
1 tablespoon milk
8 ounces cool whip
1 pie crust, baked


Bake Pie crust until browned & allow to cool. Mix together pumpkin,
all spice, cloves, cinnamon, 1 cup milk, & pudding mixes. Mix well. Combine 1 tablespoon milk, 1 tablespoon sugar, & softened cream cheese. Stir until smooth & add 1 1/2 cups cool whip.
Spread cream cheese mixture in bottom of prepared cooled crust. Spread pumpkin
mixture over cream cheese mixture. Top with remaining cool whip Chill for several hours before serving.
