german potato salad (Low Fat)

Ingredients:

1-2 Tablespoon baco bits
1/2 cup chopped green onion
1/4 cup white vinegar
2 Tablespoons sugar
1 teaspoon salt
6 medium potatoes, peeled and cut into 1/4-inch slices

Method:

Boil the potatoes, then slice them. While they're cooking, mix together the
vinegar, sugar and salt, until dissolved. Slice and prepare other veggies.
When the potatoes are ready, mix everything up and chill. This can also be
eaten hot.

Helpful Hints:

Any other veggies you like - tomatoes, bell pepper, zucchini
are quite delicious.
