To turn the fryer on, press the large center button, this is also the cancel and the off button. When pressing the cancel button it takes 20 seconds for the unit to shut down.
The temp and timer buttons are located on either side of the large on/off/cancel button.
The default Temp setting is 370 degrees.
The default timer setting is 15 minutes.

The 2 buttons to the left are the temp and the 2 buttons to the right are the timer buttons.
The larger button in the middle is the power On/Off/Cancel button.
