You may change the TeamTalk keyUp sound by following the steps below.
1. Select the new sound you wish to use, it must be a .wav file.
2. Change the current file name to
txqueue_start.wav
This may be done easily by selecting the file and pressing F2. Change the file name as indicated previously and press Enter to save the change.
3. Copy the new file to the Clipboard.
4. Go to your computer, depending on what version of the OS you use, this may be, My Computer, This PC, or your name followed by PC and open it.
5. Go to your C Drive and open it.
6. Go to Program Files and open it.
7. Locate the TeamTalk folder (This is currently followed by a 5, but this could change) and open it.
8. Locate the Sounds folder and open it.
9. Paste the file you created into the folder. You will be asked if you wish to overwrite the existing file or words to that effect. Choose yes and press enter. Depending on your computer settings you may be asked if you wish to do this as an administrator. If so select yes and either press the spacebar or Enter.
